A four bed, two bath, centrally heated house with distinctive and high quality internal fixtures and fittings. The house is set in a fenced area of some 3,000m2 within a total plot of 2 hectares on the outskirts of one of the villages that cluster around Pinoso. The house has a full children's play area as well as two pools, one for the children and another of 10x5 metres.
There is a large, paved courtyard in front of the house. The front door is at the top of a flight of steps, though the house is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The front door opens into a large room which is effectively divided into three parts. To the left is a kitchen with an island for the hob, wire hung spotlights etc. Straight on is the dining room area with patio doors to covered terrace and, off to the right is the spacious living room with a feature style fireplace, stone wall and doors out to the pool area. From the entrance way, to the right is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms. The first and smallest bedroom is currently used as a guest room whilst the two children's rooms have wall paintings; flowers for the girl and dolphins for the boy. All of the bedrooms are big doubles and all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large skylight with a blind, doors out onto a terrace, a queen size bed built onto a concrete base and an en-suite bathroom with a round bath and shower. The main bathroom also has a large, but more traditionally shaped bath with a mosaic tile surround. Back at the kitchen there is a door out to a utility room and off that room are steps down to the double garage. The paved pool area has a covered patio maybe 30 metres long. With our back to the house to the right there is a children's playground with slide, swings etc of industrial quality, there is also a staircase to a terrace which also has some covered storage space. To the left but hidden from view is the boiler house and oil storage tank. The house has a full alarm system and 10 year build insurance.
Pinoso is a small town, but will all the facilities. Although there are other English people around, you are not sitting on top of each other like the coast. The law here still states a minimum of 10,000m2 per build! Encebras village itself is quiet and unspoilt, but with plenty to do and see, including a protected nature reserve just up the road.
